The British Ecology Society has announced the 2025 edition of their symposium on Nature, Farming and Food to be held in Oxford, England from June 19th – 20th.
This year’s symposium will focus on ecological and environmental data about farming, providing an opportunity for researchers, politicians and farmers alike to present and converse on some of the most contested debates in the field. The solutions-oriented approach of the symposium aims to address the challenging reality of collaborating between science, policy and practice.
The call for presentations closes March 26th, 17:00 (GMT) and should be submitted on the symposium website.
The presentation should fit one of the four themes:
- Valuing farming
- Valuing biodiversity
- Valuing food
- Valuing knowledge
The presentations should not be more than 10 minutes, including time for questions. Posters are also accepted for more informal presentations.
