The European Institute for the History and Culture of Food (IEHCA) has compiled a directory of researchers specializing in food history and culture. With over 50 registered disciplines—ranging from anthropology to law and beyond—this resource offers a diverse network of expertise.
The list is promoted as both a European and extra-European network, with researchers focusing on international topics. Their geographical locations span the globe, offering hundreds of options.
