IEHCA Network Brings Together Hundreds of Food Studies Scholars

Did you know that you can access hundreds of scholars interested in food studies? The European Institute for the History and Culture of Food (IEHCA) has compiled a directory of researchers specializing in food history and culture. With over 50 registered disciplines—ranging from anthropology to law and beyond—this resource offers a diverse network of expertise.

The list is promoted as both a European and extra-European network, with researchers focusing on international topics. Their geographical locations span the globe, offering hundreds of options.

A bonus is that many of the scholars in this network regularly publish with Food & History and Cahiers de la Gastronomie. If you are looking to connect with food studies scholars in an easy and accessable way, check out the directory of researchers organized by the IEHCA.
